Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation so we may review and resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
